We have collected some FAQ and good advice, when renting a house through Slotsferie Danmark.
Yes, there are duvets and pillows for the number of people the house is intended for. However, there is no linen in the house, yet it can be rented (must be booked 3 weeks before arrival).
As a standard, the kitchens are equipped with standard kitchen equipment such as pots, pans, spatulas, knives, and the like. You are always welcome to inquire about an inventory list if you need to make sure of anything specific.
Slotsferie Danmark offers in collaboration with Gouda Travel Insurance "Security Inclusive", which includes both cancellation insurance and holiday home tenant insurance.

Catering is not included in the rental of our houses, and we are therefore unavailable to provide a charge on this matter.
Renting the entire property including rooms and party hall (however, there are some places where an additional fee is required for renting the party hall. This will be specified for each property).
We cannot provide a comprehensive price, as our rates do not include everything you need for the party. Our prices range between 30,000 to 50,000 DKK for a 2-day rental of property. Please note: Our properties are rented out for a minimum of 2 days - 2 and 3 days cost the same.
When you have rented one of our properties for your party, you will have exclusive use of the property for that weekend. Therefore, it will be you whom your guests should contact regarding the specifics of room arrangements.
All rentals start at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and we kindly ask you to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Our properties are complete units, so you cannot only rent the party hall for a single evening. You rent the entire property for a minimum of 2 days.
Yes, you can rent tablecloths, cloth napkins, and linen packages with towels from us. However, we need your order at least 21 days before your arrival to ensure timely delivery.

It is possible to have a mini vacation in some of our properties. This means they can be rented for a minimum of 3 nights.

No, there is mandatory final cleaning included in the rental price. However, you are required to tidy up, remove any decorations/gift wrap, clear bottles, and sort the waste where applicable.
Unfortunately not. Our properties are not rented out to youth groups. However, it is of course possible to rent the premises for weddings, even if the bridal couple is not yet 25 years old.
Unfortunately, it is not allowed to have more people on the property than it is suitable for - not even in a set-up camping caravan, or anything else of the sort.
When you rent a house with a pool, there are certain rules that should be observed in order to maintain the chlorine levels in the pool.
1) Hygiene - You must always rinse thoroughly under the shower before entering the pool. And when using a hot tub, you must always use chlorine tablets, which are located in the house. However, some of our houses have a still water spa that is maintained just like a pool, so there will be no chlorine tablets. We ask that you follow the instructions in the house. If these instructions are not followed, we cannot guarantee that the pool's chlorine levels can be maintained and this could lead to illness.
2) There must be no glass, bottles or food in the pool area or in the sauna. Please follow
If our pool technician is called to a pool where the rules have not been followed and the pool is thus out of balance, we are forced to send the bill to restore the balance in the pool to the tenant.
The temperature in the pool is between 24 and 28º C - if you want a higher temperature, Slotsferie Danmark disclaims responsibility for the chlorine value, as a higher temperature uses up the chlorine in the water faster, we cannot guarantee that the pool's chlorine values can be maintained and can thus lead to illness. Please note that it takes a day to get the temperature to increase
by 1º C,
