Here you can rent the entire Sct. Knudsborg, located directly by the sea. You will have a private beach at your disposal with good options for angling and swimming as well as a large plot of as many as 2.5 hectares.
The property comprises a large dining room with panoramic view, where it is possible to seat up to 100 guests, and a large lounge adjacent to it. There is a well-equipped industrial kitchen which is an extension to the dining room/banquet room. It has everything you need in a kitchen so you can cook for the entire company. In the kitchen there are stairs to a basement with refrigerated and freezer room, larder and boiler room. From the basement there is an exit leading to the parking lot. There is a large hall with reception and 4 guest toilets. A hallway leads down to the "north and south wing" with a total of 24 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room and 22 bathrooms. Four of the rooms in the "south wing" have direct access to the outdoor pool, which can be used from 1 May to 30 September. There is also a laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers. The cosy "saloon bar" has its own entrance and it is furnished with a billiard table, darts, TV and bar, including wine cooler.

The area
The small summer house areas Bro Strand and Varbjerg Strand are located right next to each other between the towns Middelfart and Bogense. In Bro Strand there are stairs to a beach with a bathing jetty. Varbjerg has a small marina and a nice, child-friendly beach. The village of Brenderup is only 3 km away from the area with a local co-op, a pizzeria and a bakery. Middelfart is 15 km away and has a nice pedestrian street, restaurants and a renovated water front. Funen´s largest town, Odense, is a 30 minutes’ drive by car. Here you will find the zoo, Hans Christian Andersen's house, many exciting museums and much more. Odense offers a large net of pedestrian streets with shops for every taste, as well as nice cafés and restaurants. From the centre you can set off on an idyllic boat trip along the river Odense Å.
Things to do near Bro Strand
As a tenant you have free access to a playground, a ball field, a beach volley field, a petanque field and a fire pit. The area is a good starting point for trips to i.a.
